SOP Guidelines for Trial & Selection 2020-21

It is mandatory for all to follow the below given guidelines-

1. All players, support staff and officials must submit the consent form to participate in the selection trials before entering the playing area.
2. All players, support staff and officials must download and install Arogya Setu app before entering the trial selection area/venue.
3. All players, support staff and officials must be compulsorily screened using non-contact thermometer before entering the trial selection area/venue facilitated by Arunachal CA.
4. All players, support staff and officials must be compulsorily wear facemask covering nose and mouth before entering the trial selection area/venue.
5. All individuals and players kit bag should be compulsorily sanitized upon arrival and after every use using disinfectant spray.
6. No Spectators, Parents and other visitors allowed inside the trial venue area at any time of the day.
7. All players, support staff and officials must carry their personal sanitizer bottles and use them as frequently as possible.
8. Hand hygiene facilities to be made available at the venue of trial.
9. All surfaces that can be potentially be touched by multiple individuals should be sanitized at regular intervals during the day.
10. All players, support staff and officials must follow Social distancing rules during selection trials.
11. Use of Saliva should not be used on the cricket balls. Individual balls should be provided and need to be sanitized before reuse by other players.
12. Spitting and clearing of nasal/respiratory secretion on the ground shall be prohibited.
13. Sharing of water/drink bottles is prohibited in the ground.
14. Avoid physical contact of any form.
15. For creating a safe environment, all members should strictly adhere to and implement the protocols of these guidelines.
16. Non Compliance individual will impose an amount of Rs. 500 as a penalty followed by lodging of an FIR at nearest Police station action taken by the observer, Trial & Selection 2020-21.

ACA Trial for season 2020-21 begins in a style

Itanagar, 15 Oct 2020

Arunachal Cricket Association pleased to inform that trial for cricket season 2020-21 has been started in a very strict & controlled manner. In the first phase women category trial happening will go on till 16 Oct 2020.

All the players and officials are following strict social distancing guidelines as per the SOP/guidelines. We have appointed dedicated medical teams who are ensuring that only healthy individuals entering inside the trial venue. Dedicated hand sanitizing zone has been marked and all the players along with officials has been instructed to make use of the facility and strictly follow social distancing norm.

Cricket bind us together and it teaches us discipline. It also help us in keeping fit and healthy. I wish all the success to the participants, officials and support staff.
